The Order of Malta and St John’s Ambulance-Kenya worked together to provide refreshments for those attending the Remembrance Day Service at the Commonwealth War Cemetery in Nairobi on Sunday 14th November

After standing for a considerable length of time many of the older members of the congregation were very grateful to be provided with a welcome cup of tea and a biscuit.

Members of the congregation
The Order of Malta and St John’s Ambulance-Kenya have an excellent relationship in Kenya and we do all we can to support each other. Our work is very similar and our mission to help others ties in well.

St John’s Ambulance-Kenya currently has an impressive 16,000 volunteers in Kenya and we are discussing ways in which these volunteers can assist the Order of Malta too.

We are looking forward to seeing how our two organisations can continue to work in the future.
